SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We're looking for an SAP Success. Factors Consultant to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation, testing and data migration activities for Success. Factors projects. You will collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions that support HR processes and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Support Success. Factors implementation across all delivery phases Assist with configuration for Employee Central, Payroll, and Workforce Time Management Participate in test execution and defect resolution Support data migration and validation activities Collaborate with consultants, project managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions Provide post-go-live support and resolve operational issues Document configuration, test results and migration activities Contribute effectively within the team across all project phases Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration or related field 2–4 years of SAP Success.

Factors experience Experience in implementation or support projects Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle Knowledge of testing and defect management Exposure to data migration and validation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment Nice to have Experience with EC, ECP or WFT modules SAP Success.

Factors certifications Familiarity with data migration tools and Excel Understanding of integration and reporting concepts Experience in Agile environments
