Your Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field; 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP Success. Factors projects ; Experience with SAP Success. Factors modules , including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development ; Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) ; Professional experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing Success.

Factors modules to meet business requirements; Experience with data migration and integration techniques (e.g., EC data imports, MDF objects, API integrations ); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); SAP certifications are a plus: SAP Certified Application Associate – Success.
