Lead Teller

The Lead Teller is responsible for overseeing daily teller operations, ensuring smooth and efficient branch service while providing outstanding member experiences. In addition to processing financial transactions and resolving member inquiries, the Lead Teller supervises and supports teller staff, assists with complex transactions, and ensures adherence to branch policies and procedures.

The role also includes cash management, performance coaching, and assisting with training and development of the teller team. The Lead Teller serves as a key point of contact for operational matters in the absence of the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager.
