• We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our Sales and Service department at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This role involves managing and expanding our customer base by delivering exceptional financial products and services tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within the financial services sector. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of banking products and services.

Responsibilities

:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's financial products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions. Conduct detailed financial assessments and risk analysis to recommend suitable products such as loans, deposits, and investment options.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies while processing customer transactions and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales approaches accordingly.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their product knowledge and customer handling skills. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer trust and loyalty.

Participate in community outreach programs and promotional events to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
