Protection & Control Engineering Specialist II thru Senior

As a Protection & Control (P&C) Engineering Specialist II- Sr at Oncor, you’ll install, test, troubleshoot, and commission P&C equipment, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems and associated communication devices while providing leadership and guidance to other technicians within Oncor and contract to ensure proper operation of system protection relaying schemes and SCADA systems to eliminate or limit damage, prevent the spread of system disturbances, reduce the number and duration of customer outages, and to minimize the probability of an ultimate cascading electrical system blackout.

This role will also aid in the effort to meet Oncor’s financial targets from a construction and commissioning standpoint.
