Retail Hardgoods Sales Associate - Winter 26/27

Big White is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Retail Hardgoods Sales Associate for the winter season. A successful Retail Hardgoods Sales Associate will have exceptional sales skills, complimented by a friendly and cheerful disposition. Prior experience in the ski/snowboard industry is not essential but experience, passion and enthusiasm for sales are.

Additionally, it is expected Hardgoods Sales Associates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through product knowledge and a genuine interest in outfitting our guests with product that will ensure a great experience and memory of their time at Big White.
