Residential Treatment Center Nurse Manager- Part Time

Provides clinical nursing oversight and medication-assisted recovery (MAR) support by maintaining accurate medical records, delivering medical and pharmacologic services, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with treatment plans and regulatory requirements. Oversees medication management, DEA and Board of Pharmacy compliance, immunization coordination, psychiatric and primary care follow-up, and psychiatric monitoring.

Supervises nursing staff, manages scheduling, payroll, training, and performance improvement plans, while supporting medication education for clients, families, and staff. Ensures adherence to trauma-informed practices, professional standards, organizational policies, and all state and federal health information privacy regulations.

This position is 24 hours per week.
