Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Location: Gemini Precision Machining / 700 E Soper Road, Bad Axe, Michigan Available Work Hours: 2nd Shift / 3:30pm - 12:00am $500 Sign-on Bonus $1000 Referral Bonus Available Looking to start, or advance, your career in manufacturing? What You’ll Do: Read process sheets, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine dimensions, setup, and operating requirements. Set-up and operate CNC machines to machine steel wool pieces. Perform and document quality inspections. Monitor and replace machine tooling as needed. What You’ll Need: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in hands-on manufacturing work. Solid math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, and measurements. Dependable, detail-orientated team member committed to quality, continuous learning, and growth into advanced machining and programming roles.
