Temp - CNA - Long Term Care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Help residents with lifting, turning, transferring, positioning, and transportation. Assist with meal services, feeding, nutritional supplements, and documenting intake. Weigh residents and report significant weight changes to nursing staff.

Monitor residents’ skin conditions and report skin breakdown, pressure areas, or skin tears. Assist nursing staff with toileting programs and resident care plans. Complete required documentation and report changes in residents’ conditions. Provide support to nurses and other healthcare staff as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous travel experience required. Active Michigan CNA certification/license required at submission. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification. Successful work history demonstrating assignments lasting longer than 13 weeks.

No active disciplinary action against certification. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Updated resume with permanent address included. Discipline-specific skills checklist completed within the last 12 months. Two supervisory references from the past two years of employment. Active license/certifications at the time of submission.
