Property Onboarding Specialist

Job Details: Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Georgia/South Carolina areas | 95% Travel The Property Onboarding Specialist is responsible for working directly with the Regional Manager and the Community Staff to promote and meet the overall goals of owned and third-party communities during a lease-up for new and existing developments.

This position is knowledgeable on various government programs and guides each property to maintain all requirements under their allotted agencies.

Qualifications

Knowledge of local, state, and federal program requirements and procedures to include, but not limited to, USDA RD, HUD and LIHTC Program compliance. Proven ability to formulate, document, and implement formal policies and procedures. Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent responsibilities and adapt to constantly changing priorities to meet established timelines.

Proven ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) Proven ability to demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven ability to coach, lead, and supervise multiple Direct Reports. Comprehensive knowledge of the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1974, and Landlord/Tenant Laws.
