• COLUMBIA, SC, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Business Systems Training Analyst is responsible for working with all CAHEC Management Inc. staff members to provide software support and solutions. The Business Systems Training Analyst is knowledgeable on software applications, information systems, and possesses excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Business Systems Training Analyst responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and creating development plans for teams and individuals. The Business Systems Training Analyst is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs. These qualities promote effective communication with other team members. This position reports directly to the Business Systems Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Real Estate, Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered. Experience supporting business applications, property management systems, data systems, or enterprise software. Demonstrated ability to independently research and resolve complex system and business process issues.

Experience with system implementations, software upgrades, process improvement, or technology-related projects preferred. Knowledge of affordable housing programs, including HUD, USDA Rural Development, and LIHTC, preferred. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
