Job description
Summary of Position: Responsible for the processing of poultry. As well as following all FVSP policies, SOP’s and protocol’s. Primary Responsibilities: ➢ Handling and processing of poultry ➢ Handling of transport and/or packaging materials ➢ Comply to all FVSP HACCP and safety standards ➢ Inspect meat products for defects, bruises, breaks or blemishes ➢ Use of knives or other poultry processing equipment ➢ Communicate with supervisors and/or lead hands, follow their direction ➢ Required to work in any department as needed ➢ Any other duties assigned
