HR Associate

Recruitment & Selection Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates Handle job postings on job portals and company platforms Onboarding & Offboarding Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding packets Conduct new employee orientation and induction Manage exit formalities, exit interviews, and documentation HR Operations Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Prepare HR letters, joining letters, experience letters, and other employee documents Support payroll processing with attendance and leave data Employee Engagement Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events Support internal communication and HR announcements Respond to basic employee queries and provide HR information Compliance & Policies Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks Support audits and compliance checks Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 0–2 years experience in HR or related role (freshers can apply)
• Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
