Job description
At Fayara, we’re building and scaling high-performance digital infrastructure that powers growth across Ad. Tech and Mar. Tech ecosystems. We’re looking for people who are curious, driven, and eager to take ownership in solving complex, high-impact problems. Location: Limassol, Cyprus Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the office Salary: €55,000–€65,000 (depending on experience) ABOUT US We build and scale high-performance digital products that serve international markets.
Every interaction across our platform has a measurable impact on user engagement, conversion, retention and revenue. Our products are commercially successful, but we're continuously evolving to meet changing user expectations. We're investing heavily in improving customer experience across the entire lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through to conversion, retention and long-term engagement.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product UX Designer who understands that exceptional UX is about solving business problems through evidence, experimentation and user insight. This is not a traditional UI design role. While strong visual design skills are important, your success will be measured by your ability to improve business performance through better user experiences.
You'll use behavioural analytics, user research, experimentation and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, remove friction and optimise customer journeys. You'll work closely with Product, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Marketing and Content teams to shape experiences that create measurable commercial impact.
If you're passionate about understanding users, analysing behaviour and building experiences that drive growth, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Senior Product UX Designer, you'll own the user experience across our consumer platform. You'll be responsible for understanding how users discover our products, what motivates them to engage, where they experience friction, why they convert (or don't), and what keeps them coming back. Rather than simply designing interfaces, you'll continuously optimise every stage of the customer journey using research, behavioural analytics, A/B testing and commercial insight.
You'll work alongside Product Owners to define problems before designing solutions, ensuring every UX decision is backed by evidence and contributes towards measurable business outcomes. Success in this role is measured by improvements in user engagement, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction, not by the number of screens or prototypes produced.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role is first and foremost a UX role, not a visual design role. We're looking for someone who deeply understands consumer behaviour and knows how to optimise every stage of the customer journey using data, experimentation and evidence, not opinion. Experience designing B2C digital products is essential. You should have worked on products where user acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention directly impact revenue.
Experience limited to internal systems, B2B software or enterprise platforms is unlikely to provide the commercial UX experience required for this position. You should understand the complete customer lifecycle, including:
- How users are acquired through different marketing channels.
- What influences first impressions and initial engagement.
- How onboarding affects activation and conversion.
- Where users experience friction and abandon journeys.
- What motivates users to purchase services.
- How to improve retention, repeat purchases and long-term engagement. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - 5+ years designing digital consumer products with a strong focus on UX.
- Proven experience working on B2C products where user acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention directly impact commercial performance.
- Experience optimising customer journeys through research, behavioural analytics and experimentation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable business outcomes, not just polished interfaces.
- Experience working closely with Product Managers or Product Owners in agile environments.
- Comfortable interpreting product data and using it to inform UX decisions.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, marketing and analytics teams.
- Experience within regulated or policy-sensitive industries is advantageous.
- Comfortable working professionally within an adult (NSFW) content environment. We value thoughtful applications and review each one carefully. Every application is reviewed by a member of our team. If your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch regarding next steps.
