This exceptional leader will encourage team building efforts and achieve team effectiveness in their segment supervision of the security organization in the administration of the National Industrial Security Program and/or proprietary security program. The Security Manager will oversee government security inspections and contract compliance audits along with designing and analyzing departmental security goals, ensuring contract regulatory conformance and protection of personnel and corporate assets.

General Dynamics experience is strongly preferred. Exceptional knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program requirements.
