What You'll Do
- Lead and support Housekeeping, Maintenance, Safari Shop, Night Porter and Spa teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership
- Coordinate daily lodge operations and departmental performance
- Drive operational excellence, cost efficiencies and sustainability initiatives
- Step into key leadership roles during management absences
- Coach, mentor and develop future hospitality leaders Requirements We're Looking For:
- Proven management experience in luxury hospitality or safari lodges
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Outstanding guest relations and communication abilities
- Experience with operational reporting, budgeting and performance analysis
- Highly organised, adaptable and solutions-focused professional
- Passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences
