Director of Individual Giving

As the Director of Annual Giving, you are responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive annual giving program to grow unrestricted revenue and build a sustainable pipeline of future major and planned giving donors.

Within this role you'll primarily focuses on securing Annual Fund and mid-level gifts, $10,000 or less. You will oversee a year-round fundraising plan implementing multi-channel fundraising strategies, data-driven donor segmentation, and stewardship efforts to increase donor acquisition, retention, and upgrade rates.
