Physician Assistant

Pro. Health Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas. We are seeking a Physician Assistant to support our Otolaryngology (ENT) clinic in Long Beach, CA .

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, Direct hire Pay Range: $75-$100/hr Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm Primary Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of an ENT physician, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of ear, nose, and throat conditions. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including obtaining medical histories, performing physical examinations, assessing symptoms, and documenting findings.

Diagnose and manage common ENT conditions, including ear infections, sinusitis, allergies, hearing disorders, tonsillitis, and other acute or chronic ENT-related conditions. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician. Perform in-office ENT procedures within the scope of practice, such as cerumen removal, nasal examinations, and other minor procedures as appropriate.

Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work, imaging studies, audiograms, and other ENT-related evaluations. Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatment options in accordance with established clinical protocols and applicable regulations. Coordinate referrals, specialty consultations, follow-up appointments, and additional therapeutic services as needed.

Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and post-procedure instructions. Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and clinical findings in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Requirements

Graduate from a Physician's Assistant Program Experience in Otolaryngology is a plus DEA License Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS) At least 1 year of experience in clinical setting Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance 401k Paid Holidays PTO 10.5 SG Pro.
