Service Coordinator

Position Service Coordinator The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting residents and enhancing their overall living experience within the apartment community. This position focuses on resident services, appointment coordination, activity planning, and providing assistance with everyday needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, organized, and enjoys building positive relationships with residents.

Job Type Part Time (20-24 hours) Schedule Monday

• Friday Job Description Assist residents with scheduling transportation and accessing community resources when needed. Plan, organize, and coordinate recreational, educational, and social activities. Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar to encourage resident participation and engagement. Provide friendly assistance and support to residents with questions, concerns, and everyday needs. Build positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and community service providers. Communicate important information regarding resident needs, appointments, and activities. Assist with organizing special events, holiday celebrations, and community gatherings. Maintain accurate records, schedules, and activity participation information. Promote a welcoming, safe, and inclusive community environment.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Compassionate, patient, and understanding when working with residents. Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in customer service, resident services, senior living, or community engagement preferred.
