Career Center Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

The Career Center Specialist is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities within the Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers (GoodwillSR) career center with the focus of assisting and providing resources to individuals who are unemployed or underemployed.

Responsibilities include

aiding individuals with resources available in the career center and community, setting up class schedules, and implementing initiatives that are designed to positively impact and enhance the job search and employability skills of career center clients.

The ideal Career Center Specialist has excellent verbal and written communication skills and has the ability to quickly and effectively develop a rapport with a wide variety of audiences.
