Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor

The Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, safety, and overall functionality of the manufacturing facility, building systems, utilities, and production equipment. This role leads the Maintenance team and ensures the reliable and efficient operation of plant assets through preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability initiatives, contractor management, and continuous improvement efforts.

The Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor partners closely with Operations, Safety, HR, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to maximize equipment uptime, support capital projects, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and ISO 9001 standards. This is an on-site position located in North Baltimore, Ohio.
