Putnam County Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital just 45 mins west of Indianapolis. Our mission is to provide "exceptional health care close to home". Qualifications

Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience working as an NP or PA in family or internal medicine Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Indiana. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Passion for patient education and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
