Job Summary

Star Tech Company is seeking a skilled and reliable Solar & Security Technician with hands-on experience in solar energy systems and security/safety technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar systems, CCTV systems, intrusion alarms, fire alarm systems, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain solar power systems including panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring
• Set up and maintain CCTV systems, including DVR and NVR configurations
• Install and troubleshoot intrusion alarm systems, sensors, and control panels
• Install, test, and maintain fire alarm systems according to safety standards
• Configure and maintain access control systems such as card readers and biometric devices
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensure all installations comply with technical specifications and safety regulations
• Prepare technical reports and documentation when required
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members Requirements:
• Proven experience in solar systems and security/safety systems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
• Good knowledge of IP systems and basic networking
• Familiarity with safety procedures and industry standards
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s license is a plus Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Certifications in solar energy or security systems
• Experience with leading CCTV and access control brands Working Conditions:
• Field-based work with travel to different sites when needed
• May require outdoor work or working at heights
