Summary We are looking for a Chef de Partie – Pastry (CDP Pastry) to join our team in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Responsibilities

-Prepare and present a variety of pastry, dessert, and bakery products according to established standards. -Ensure consistency in quality, taste, presentation, and portioning. -Follow recipes, production schedules, hygiene, and food safety standards. -Maintain a clean and organized pastry section. -Support the Sous Chef and Pastry Chef in daily operations and production.

Requirements

Requirements -Previous Experience in Pastry and Bakery -Previous experience in healthy recipes is an advantage -Strong hands-on skills in baking, pastry preparation, and high-volume production
