Credit Operation Executive

As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary focus will be on managing credit-related tasks and ensuring efficient back-office support. This role is perfect for an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Handle credit applications and process them efficiently. Review and analyze credit reports and financial documents. Maintain accurate records of credit operations and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with the finance team to assess credit risks and make informed decisions. Provide timely updates to customers regarding their credit applications.

Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to credit operations. Implement and maintain credit policies and procedures. Monitor and report on credit performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Support the team in achieving operational goals and maintaining high standards.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in credit operations or a similar role. Strong knowledge of credit processes and industry best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using MS Office and credit management software. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. A self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
