Job description
As a Recovery Coach, you will encourage, assist and support our members in expressing their perspectives throughout the processes of assessment, service planning, and service delivery. You will create and facilitate a variety of peer group activities that support and strengthen recovery from serious mental illness. Your knowledge base and the contacts you develop in the community will help provide needed resources to our members.
You’ll also help prepare young adult members for their critical transition from the children’s system into the adult system of care, taking into account their concerns, culture and level of independence.
