As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for dynamic HR professionals who can contribute to our high-volume recruitment and people-growth initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a HR Recruiter with experience in F&B, restaurants, QSR, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume recruitment environments. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment , with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and joining of candidates across various restaurant and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for F&B and restaurant positions. Understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities from the Operations and HR teams. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins, databases, and other recruitment channels. Screen candidates based on experience, communication, stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, and role requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups. Maintain a strong pipeline for both bulk hiring and managerial positions . Recruit for service, kitchen, operations, and support functions. Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams for interview feedback and selection decisions.

Handle salary discussions and joining negotiations within approved company guidelines. Release offers and maintain regular follow-up until the candidate joins. Conduct and support walk-in interviews and recruitment drives. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview status, offer status, and joining reports.

Ensure candidates receive accurate information regarding job responsibilities, salary, location, shifts, accommodation, benefits, and other employment conditions. Maintain a database of active, shortlisted, rejected, offered, joined, and future-reference candidates. Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the required timelines.

Provide daily and weekly recruitment updates to the HR management. Positions to be Handled Restaurant & Service: Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Supervisor, Captain, Senior Order Taker, Order Taker, Senior Steward, Steward and other service positions. Kitchen: CDP, DCDP, Senior Kitchen Executive, Kitchen Executive, Kitchen Helper, KST, Sous Chef, Chef and other kitchen positions.

Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of recruitment experience , preferably in F&B, restaurant, QSR, hospitality, retail, or high-volume recruitment. Experience in bulk hiring / frontline hiring / blue-collar recruitment will be an advantage.

Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills. Good negotiation and convincing abilities. Ability to work with recruitment targets and tight deadlines. Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously. Willingness to participate in walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns.
