Maintenance Supervisor

Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, vision, and additional voluntary benefits Generous paid time off and company holidays 401(k) with 100% company match up to 6% Opportunities for professional growth and advancement What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and support the onsite service team to deliver exceptional results Oversee daily maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns Ensure service requests are completed efficiently, professionally, and to NTS standards Manage vendor relationships, maintenance supplies, inventory, and expenses Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, amenities, and grounds Maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment Partner with the property management team to support resident satisfaction and community performance Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations What We're Looking For Previous multifamily maintenance experience, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance EPA certification required; additional technical certifications preferred Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining high standards Strong communication skills and a resident-focused mindset Experience with property management or maintenance software preferred; Yardi experience is a plus A hands-on leader who takes initiative, holds themselves accountable, and inspires the same in others More Than Maintenance.
