University Relations & Engagement Partner, Singapore - Early Careers
Job description
The APAC Early Careers team connects TikTok with the next generation of talent. Through university partnerships and engaging student programs, we help students understand our people, culture, products, and career opportunities while building strong talent pipelines for the business.
We are looking for a University Relations & Engagement Lead to shape TikTok's university recruitment strategy in Singapore. You will build long-term partnerships, create next-level student experiences, and develop scalable practices that strengthen early careers work for Singapore. This role suits a strategic thinker who can turn insight into action, influence stakeholders, and use AI tools confidently to work smarter and improve impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end university relations and engagement strategy for Singapore, translating business priorities into focused university partnerships, recruitment programs, and investments;
- Build and cultivate trusted partnerships with university leaders, career services teams, faculty, student organizations, and professors;
- Design a year-round portfolio of high-impact recruitment events and targeted programs that grow employer brand, student engagement, and targeted talent pipelines;
- Partner with recruiters, HRBPs and hiring managers to align on the hiring and engagement strategy;
- Use data analysis to uncover insights, evaluate program quality and candidate engagement, and measure hiring outcomes and return on investment;
- Eloquent with AI tools to continuously improve current programs and workflow improvement, automation, analytics and reporting, etc;
- Manage and oversee end-to-end event execution and logistics, budgets, vendors, and risk management while ensuring a high-quality experience for students and university partners.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
- 3+ years of experience in university relations, early careers, talent acquisition, or related programs;
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s university and early-talent space;
- Proven ability to set strategy, solve complex problems, and influence stakeholders;
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English;
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations;
- Fluency with AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in early careers recruitment, university relations, employer branding, or student engagement;
- Proven success designing campus programs that strengthen brand awareness and talent pipelines;
- Can-do attitude and experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation;
- Data-driven individual, strong in translating market insights and recruitment data into investment decisions.
