If you enjoy working with patients, staying organized, and helping create confident smiles, we’d love to hear from you. Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. What You’ll Do Assist the orthodontist with procedures, including bracket placement, wire adjustments, and appliance delivery, within the scope of your training and credentials Take dental X-rays, digital scans, and impressions as qualified and authorized Help patients understand oral hygiene, treatment instructions, and appliance care Prepare treatment areas, sterilize instruments, and follow infection control protocols Maintain accurate patient records and support an efficient clinical workflow Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for patients and their families What We’re Looking For Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well with a team Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care Applicable Texas dental assisting registration and radiography credentials, or willingness to obtain required credentials before performing duties that require them What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Benefits for eligible employees A supportive, collaborative team Training and opportunities for professional growth Ready to join our team?
