• Colleyville, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: Up to 50% , Job Shift: Day, Orthodontic Assistant – Full-Time Hashem Orthodontics Hashem Orthodontics is seeking a dependable, friendly Orthodontic Assistant to join our team! Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and committed to providing excellent patient care. Schedule Monday–Thursday: 8:15 a.m.–approximately 5:30 p.m. Friday: 8:15 a.m.–approximately 1:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m., depending on the practice schedule. Availability to work at both office locations is required. What You’ll Do Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments and procedures. Prepare treatment areas, clean equipment, and sterilize instruments. Take X-rays, photographs, and digital scans after completing required training and meeting applicable credential requirements. Educate patients on caring for braces, aligners, and their oral health. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Follow infection prevention protocols and help keep the office clean and organized. Work with the team to keep appointments running smoothly and create a welcoming patient experience. What We’re Looking For Orthodontic or dental experience preferred, but not required. Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn. A friendly, professional approach to working with patients. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Openness to feedback and a commitment to developing your skills. Reliable transportation and availability to work at both locations. Ability to meet applicable dental assisting registration and certification requirements.
