HVAC Engineer

Design, review, and supervise HVAC systems, including ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and technical submissions. Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP disciplines. Ensure all HVAC installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, consultant requirements, and applicable UAE standards.

Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress and quality. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve technical issues. Review material submittals, equipment selections, and technical specifications. Support testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB), commissioning, and handover activities.

Ensure compliance with project schedules, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 4–6 years of Gulf experience in HVAC engineering. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water systems, and ventilation. Experience in reviewing shop drawings and coordinating MEP site activities. Knowledge of UAE building codes and relevant HVAC standards.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners are preferred.
