The AI Implementer collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption, ensure seamless integration with existing systems, and deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. The position is vital in transforming IT service management and business operations through intelligent automation, enabling organizations to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation within the Service. Now platform. Integrate machine learning models and natural language processing (NLP) capabilities into Service. Now applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases for AI-driven service improvements. Develop and maintain AI models using Service.

Now’s AI/ML tools, including the AI Engine and Predictive Analytics. Ensure data quality, model accuracy, and compliance with security and governance standards. Monitor and optimize AI performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Document AI implementation processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and scalability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience with Service. Now platform, including experience in AI/ML and automation features. Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks, preferably within Service. Now’s AI Engine and Predictive Analytics.

Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and API development. Familiarity with NLP, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows. Experience in agile development environments and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in collaborative teams.

Certification in Service. Now AI/ML or related domains is a plus.
