Spa Therapist

SPA THERAPIST Job Summary: The spa therapist is responsible for delivering a sense of well-being by performing a wide range of spa treatments. Greets and welcomes spa guests, informs guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customise treatments and therapies to suit guests' needs.

Responsibilities

Performing all guest services in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction and world-class service Ensuring that guests are as comfortable as possible before, during and after their treatment/service Enquiring about any medical conditions or other special needs prior to commencement of service Performing all treatments/services as established in the department standards Performing services in various on-property locations as reserved Replenishing service supplies/products for workstation Following trends in the industry and make recommendations to improve service offerings Qualifications: Valid certificate or license in field of expertise Experience in a similar position Two (2) years' experience in a customer service role Experience in hospitality or resorts is an asset Work Environment: Indoor spaces May be required to work outside of normal hours and on nights, weekends, and holidays Heavy guest interaction
