OB/GYN Sonographer

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week. Shift Length: 8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Weekends: As required by department rotation. On-Call: Rotating call required. Schedule and Assignment Details: 36 guaranteed hours per week. Day shifts, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Weekend coverage as required by department rotation. Rotating on-call coverage required.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Sonographer for a temporary assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma. The Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, obtain high-quality images, and support physicians in evaluating and diagnosing obstetric and gynecological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized OB/GYN ultrasound examinations according to established protocols. Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to obtain clear, accurate diagnostic images. Evaluate image quality and communicate preliminary findings to reviewing physicians and relevant clinical teams. Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and maintain patient comfort and confidentiality.

Clean and maintain ultrasound equipment and follow established infection-control procedures. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of clinical sonography experience . Active ARDMS certification .
