Programme and Operations Manager

Summary: This position serves as a pivotal operational hub, ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities for staff and interns within active programs. The role is essential for maintaining project momentum, facilitating clear communication across departments, and upholding organizational workflows to support leadership in achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the daily schedules and activities of the team and intern cohort. Monitor project timelines, identifying potential bottlenecks or delays and escalating them to leadership for resolution. Oversee task distribution, scheduling logistics, and ensure timely follow-through on assigned duties. Draft and compile progress reports and internal updates to keep leadership informed of organizational status.

Act as a communication bridge to ensure alignment and information flow between various teams and departments. Facilitate the onboarding process and orientation sessions for new hires and associates. Enforce adherence to established office protocols and standard operating procedures.
