Sales Manager Trainee - Base Salary + Full Benefits

Our 6–9-month Manager Academy Program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successfully graduating the program.

COMPENSATION

• $12,000 plus monthly earning potential
• Base salary plus uncapped commissions
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Weekly pay
• W-2 employment

• We are looking for motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in Direct In–Home Sales
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
