Your Role

Connection Center Lending Specialist As a Connection Center Lending Specialist, you'll help members take the next step toward their financial goals by providing personalized lending support through Vibe's Connection Center. From the first conversation through loan disbursement, you'll guide members through consumer and home equity lending options, answer questions, provide financial guidance, and help identify solutions that fit their individual needs.

You'll combine strong lending knowledge with exceptional service and a consultative sales approach to create experiences that make members feel informed, supported, and confident in their financial decisions.

What You'll Do

Create Meaningful Member Connections Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to members over the phone. Listen to members' financial needs and recommend solutions that support their goals. Answer questions, research account concerns, and help resolve disputes accurately and efficiently. Build trusted relationships while delivering the Vibe experience during every interaction.

Guide Members Through Lending Interview members and potential members and educate them on Vibe's consumer lending options. Process consumer loans from application through disbursement, including gathering financial information, completing applications, reviewing credit reports, and verifying income, employment, and financial obligations.

Support HELOC applications from origination through disbursement. Help members understand available loan products, credit considerations, and options that best fit their individual needs. Provide credit counseling and guidance to help members make informed financial decisions. Identify Opportunities Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Vibe's products and services.

Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that provide value to members. Work toward established sales and service goals while keeping the member's needs at the center of every recommendation. Determine membership eligibility for prospective members interested in Vibe lending solutions. Open new accounts and help deepen member relationships with Vibe Protect Our Members & Vibe Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the lending process.

Follow Vibe's lending policies, procedures, and member verification requirements. Maintain knowledge of regulations and internal policies related to BSA and complete required annual training. Perform additional responsibilities and projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

Education

& Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of related experience. Sales experience required. Thorough knowledge of member services, financial products, and lending solutions. Skills & Abilities Excellent phone and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Consultative sales mindset with the ability to uncover member needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Ability to multitask and manage multiple member needs in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with members.
