Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the technology team, ensuring alignment with company goals and project timelines. Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions for graphics, animation, 2D, and 3D design projects. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and design. Manage the technology budget and resources, optimizing for efficiency and innovation.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to enhance our creative processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project development. Ensure the security and scalability of our technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 4-10 years of experience in a technology management role, preferably in a creative or design-focused environment. Strong knowledge of graphics, animation, 2D, and 3D design technologies and tools. Proven experience in managing development teams and overseeing complex projects.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with budget management and resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related field. Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya).
