As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in our company's success by assisting the sales team and directly engaging with customers. Your primary focus will be to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process, from initial customer inquiries to final purchases. You will be the friendly face and voice of our company, representing our brand and values to potential clients.

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a well-organized and presentable sales area. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained. Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. Generate sales reports and provide feedback to the sales team.
