Program & Bookings Coordinator

Talk with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs and activities Coordinate program enquiries, confirmations, amendments and cancellations and keep the systems updated Prepare accurate quotes, deposits, schedules, program information and handover documentation Work closely with Program, Guest Relations, Catering, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to prepare for each groups arrival Identify opportunities that improve the guest experience and make effective use of the venue
