Job description
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles. Source, screen, and interview candidates using different channels and platforms. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines. Maintain and update candidate data on recruitment systems. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Previous experience in a Marketing Agency or Recruitment Agency is a plus. Good command of English (written and spoken). Proficient in recruitment systems, HR tools, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work from Giza.
