Make an Impact! Are you an experienced, high-energy recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Recruiting Specialist to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process for our branch. From managing a large applicant pipeline and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, hiring, and onboarding, you'll play a key role in building a strong team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recruiting experience , strong communication and multitasking skills, a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to manage competing priorities while keeping the hiring process moving. This is an on-site position, and the office hours are Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.

Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals. This description reflects assignment of essential functions, management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time that are not listed above.

Qualifications

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office. Professional communication and organization skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license. Access to insured and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience. Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred. Physical Requirements: Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information. USD $17.00
