HR Coordinator

Kinsale Insurance is hiring an HR Coordinator to support high-volume recruiting and campus/career fair logistics in our Richmond, VA headquarters. You'll own interview scheduling, manage new-hire onboarding, maintain our Applicant Tracking System, and represent Kinsale at recruiting events — with a clear growth path toward owning full recruiting requisitions over time.
