Delegating Nurse Manager - FT
Job description
The Delegating Nurse Manager provides nursing leadership and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support the medical health and well-being of individuals residing in residential programs. This role provides nursing oversight and direction to direct care professionals in implementing the medical components of individual care plans and ensures care is delivered in accordance with established nursing standards, care plans, and applicable requirements.
The Delegating Nurse also supervises the Part-Time Delegating Nurse, providing guidance, support, and oversight in the delivery of delegated nursing services.
