Live-in Caregiver - Waterbury, CT

Universa. Care is hiring a live-in caregiver to provide care to clients in their own homes in Waterbury and Litchfield County. This is a field position: you’ll travel to clients’ homes, not work in an office. Hiring, onboarding and support are handled by our Universa. Care of Central Connecticut office at 534 Frost Road, 2nd Floor, Waterbury, CT 06705.

Pay: $255.45 to $275 per day. Schedule: Part-time and full-time. What you’ll do Live in the client’s home and support them through the day Help with personal care, meals, housekeeping and errands Provide companionship and help the client stay safe at home Follow the care plan and keep the office updated What you need Caregiving experience and the ability to stay in the client’s home on a live-in schedule Eligibility to work in the United States Completion of the background check and health screening required for the role Benefits Weekly pay An easy-to-use app to clock in and out 401(k) retirement plan Referral bonus: earn $250 for each caregiver you refer once they complete their first 100 hours Tuition assistance after 2,500 hours worked with Universa.
