Supervisor (Safety Officer Professional – Food Manufacturing Industry)

Position: Supervisor (Safety Officer Professional – Food Manufacturing Industry) Location: Samut Prakan Working Days: Monday–Friday (5 days per week) Responsibilities:

• จัดทำแผนงานด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมประจำปี ให้สอดคล้องกับ FSSC / GMP / HACCP
• วิเคราะห์งาน (Risk Assessment / HIRA) ทั้ง Safety Risk และ Food Safety Risk ในพื้นที่ผลิตอาหาร
• ตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยของเครื่องจักร + อุปกรณ์ Utility ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการผลิตอาหาร
• ร่วมตรวจ GMP & PRP ภายในพื้นที่ผลิต (Glass/Brittle, Foreign matter, zoning, hygiene)
• จัดทำ Investigation และ RCA เมื่อเกิด Accident / Near Miss / Food Safety Incident
• กำกับการปฏิบัติตาม Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Permit to Work, Confined Space
• จัดทำ Training Safety & Hygiene ร่วมกับ QA ให้พนักงานใหม่และพนักงานประจำสายการผลิต
• จัดทำรายงานด้านความปลอดภัยเสนอต่อนายจ้าง และหน่วยงานภาครัฐตามข้อกำหนดกฎหมาย
• ทำงานร่วมกับ QA / Production / Maintenance เพื่อผลักดัน Zero Accident & Zero Contamination
• เป็นเลขานุการ คปอ. และร่วมตรวจประเมินทั้ง FSSC surveillance audit และ Internal audit Requirements Qualifications:
• ปริญญาตรีด้านอาชีวอนามัย / ความปลอดภัย / วิศวกรรม
• ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตร “เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัย ระดับวิชาชีพ” ตามประกาศกระทรวง
• ประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอาหาร / Beverage / FMCG อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
• มีความรู้ระบบ GMP / HACCP / FSSC
