T each the World is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Manager

  • Field HR/Associate Manager – Field HR . This position will provide support to the Field HR Team in its activities including Talent Acquisition, Policy, Process & Programme development, and Data Services & Management. The ideal candidate should have good written and oral communication skills, good organization skills, attention to detail, and be proficient in using MS Office/Google Tools. Experience in HR functions is preferred, particularly in Talent Acquisition. The Manager/Associate Manager strives to hire and develop employees that will support Teach the World Foundation in its mission to provide education for all. The role will also require frequent field visits.

Responsibilities include

​ Talent Acquisition:

  • Design outreach plans, and conduct outreach for field HR roles
  • Development of advertising/outreach material
  • Schedule and administer any required tests and assessments
  • Schedule and carry out interviews
  • Extend job offers and facilitate onboarding of new employees
  • Provide logistical support for recruitment activities where required Programme, Policy & Process Development:
  • Conduct primary and secondary research for various HR Programmes, policies and processes
  • Provide support in the development and roll-out of HR Programmes, Policies & Processes for field employees
  • Provide support in on-going programme operations where required
  • Monitor implementation of HR programmes and collect feedback for improvement Data Management:
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data quality
  • Conduct any required data analysis on employee data Other tasks:
  • Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to undertake any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure project timelines are met
  • Carry out frequent field visits Requirements Key Strengths: ● Talent Acquisition: Experience in Talent Acquisition ● Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills ● Data Management: Should be proficient in using MS Excel/Google sheets and carry out data analysis ● Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and address project challenges effectively. ● Collaboration: Skilled in building alliances and partnerships for project success Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree Professional Experience: ● 2-3 years of experience. Fresh graduates will be considered if they meet all other requirements ● Proficiency with MS Office/Google tools, in particular MS Excel/Google Sheets ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Excellent written communication and presentation skills ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
