Prepare and set up shisha (hookah) equipment correctly Mix and recommend shisha flavors based on customer preferences Ensure proper heat management for smooth smoking experience Clean and maintain all shisha equipment before and after use Monitor customers and replace coals when needed Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed always Provide excellent customer service and engage with clients professionally Assist in creating a relaxed and welcoming environment Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently Requirements Previous experience in a shisha lounge or hospitality industry is an added advantage Basic knowledge of different shisha flavors and preparation techniques Good communication and interpersonal skills Neat, presentable, and hygienic Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Team player with a positive attitude
