Massanutten Resort Job Summary The Retail Operation Assistant Manager professionally manages all staffing related issues including interviewing, hiring, scheduling and training. Additionally, the ROAM assists the Retail Operations Manager with determining product mix, pricing and inventory for the separate retail locations that make up the Retail Dept.

Also provides guests information about the store, its merchandise, the resort, and the surrounding area with excellent customer service skills. Analyzes sales trends to determine optimal staffing levels, merchandise mix and retail prices of merchandise. Required 2+ years of management experience in the hospitality or retail industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization skills Previous guest service experience Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and POS knowledge Serve.
